ÌýÌýÌý My learning experience at Foot Locker wasÌýreally goodÌýbecause it gave me genuine experience working in a business environment instead of just learning about it in class.ÌýI learned a lot about customer service, teamwork, and how a retail storeÌýoperatesÌýevery day.ÌýIt also helped me become more comfortable talking to customers and handling different responsibilities during busy shifts.Ìý

ÌýÌýÌý I brought communication and customer service skills from my past jobs. IÌýwas already usedÌýto working with people, helping customers, and being part of a team. I also came in with a strong work ethic, stayed on task, and was able to handle working in a fast-paced environment.Ìý

ÌýÌýÌý One thingÌýIÌýlacked at first was product knowledge and experience with some of theÌýstoreÌýsystems and operations. 1. How do you think the internship will help prepare you to reach your future career goals?

ÌýÌýÌýÌýThis internshipÌýhelped prepare me for my future career goals because it gave me handsÌýon experience in business and retail. It also made me more interested in management or business operations because I got to see how a business runsÌýdaily.Ìý

  1. What skills did you take away from the internship?

ÌýÌýÌý Some skills I took away from this internship are communication, teamwork, customer service, organization, and time management.
